Studi Manajemen Proyek Pembangunan Embung K Wilayah KIPP IKN Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara

Pembangunan Embung K di Wilayah Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) merupakan salah satu proyek strategis yang sedang intensif dilaksanakan. Kesuksesan proyek ini sangat bergantung pada pengaturan dan manajemen proyek yang efisien untuk mencapai optimasi waktu dan biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji optimasi sumber daya dan penambahan jam lembur guna mencapai efisiensi maksimal dalam durasi dan biaya proyek. Data yang digunakan meliputi jenis pekerjaan, volume pekerjaan, durasi pekerjaan, harga satuan, serta rencana anggaran biaya proyek. Analisis dilakukan melalui evaluasi produktivitas sumber daya, kebutuhan sumber daya, hubungan ketergantungan antar pekerjaan, serta simulasi optimasi dan penambahan jam lembur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimasi sumber daya berhasil mengurangi durasi proyek sebesar 6,49%. Penambahan jam lembur juga memberikan penurunan durasi yang sama. Dari sisi biaya, optimasi sumber daya menghasilkan penghematan sebesar 0,29% atau Rp 36.511.143,49, sedangkan penambahan jam lembur memberikan penghematan sebesar 0,38% atau Rp 47.419.170,69. Berdasarkan hasil ini, penambahan jam lembur terbukti lebih efektif dalam mengurangi durasi dan biaya proyek.
