Studi Pengendalian Banjir Hilir Sungai Cisaar Kabupaten Sukabumi Menggunakan Aplikasi Hec-Ras

Sungai Cisaar di Geopark Ciletuh sering banjir akibat pemanfaatan yang berlebihan dan curah hujan tinggi (87-237 mm/hari). Untuk mitigasi, diperlukan normalisasi sungai dan pembangunan tanggul. Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui kedalaman genangan banjir dengan debit kala ulang 25 dan 50 tahun. Dengan Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik Nakayasu, diperoleh Q25 = 89,296 m³/det dan Q50 = 99,540 m³/det. Pemodelan hidraulik menggunakan HEC-RAS 6.5 menunjukkan sungai tidak mampu menampung debit banjir kala 25 tahun, menghasilkan genangan 40 cm. Rencana pengendalian meliputi tanggul dan normalisasi untuk debit kala ulang 50 tahun.
